Try this unique way of enjoying the peppery zing and loads of antioxidants found in watercress with this beautiful buttermilk-watercress concoction. It is high in vitamin C and makes a beautiful cooler for brunch.
INGREDIENTS
• 1-1⁄2 cups packed chopped watercress
• 3/4 cup buttermilk
• 1/4 tsp celery salt
• Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a blender add the packed chopped watercress and buttermilk along with celery salt and blend until smooth. Pour over ice and serve immediately. If you like your coolers a little less bitter, reduce the chopped watercress by 1/2 cup.
