This vinaigrette is especially good on Little Gem lettuce. Drizzle over steamed and grilled vegetables, or spread over a mild fish or chicken and grill.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together except for the extra-virgin olive oil.
- Whisk in the 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate until ready to use.
