The Strawberry Paloma is a fruity and refreshing cocktail that would be fun to serve during your Cinco de Mayo celebration, and equally as perfect for your Mother’s Day brunch!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sliced frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar, agave, or honey to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups grapefruit juice
  • 1 cup Blanca or silver tequila
  • 2 cups ice
  • Seltzer water for topper
  • Fresh strawberries, lime slices, and/or a pretty flower for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Muddle together the strawberries and sugar or honey.
  2. Pour the muddled strawberries into a pitcher. Add the grapefruit juice and tequila, then stir.
  3. Fill 4 tall glasses with ice, then fill halfway with the strawberry mixture. Top with seltzer water and garnish.
