- One stick of unsalted, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons honey
- Flaky sea salt, optional
- Put the butter into a small bowl and drizzle in the honey. Mix well and until the butter has a whipped consistency.
- Smear on biscuits, cornbread, toast, and just sprinkle on a little bit of flaky sea salt, optional.
