Two great things made into one delicious meal. This pizza is so much fun, don’t be surprised if your kids ask for it often.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough (I use store bought.)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 jalapeño or other favorite pepper, sliced
  • 6 slices bacon, fried and roughly chopped
  • 3-6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon chives fresh, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley fresh, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 500℉.
  2. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough and place it on the pizza baking dish. Drizzle the dough with a bit of olive oil.
  4. Arrange the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Top with tomatoes, pepper, and bacon. Crack eggs on the pizza.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the edge is golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chives and parsley.
