This dressing is a flavor bomb. It is a little bit sweet, a little bit tangy, and very versatile. This dressing uses preserved lemons and it can be used to marinade fish or mixed with butter and poured over steak. Drizzle it on shrimp, chicken, and grilled veggies for an instant and flavorful dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 preserved lemon, about 1/4 cup, plus enough preserved lemon juice to equal 1/3 cup
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Use immediately or refrigerate and use within a day or two. If it sits too long the pith from the lemon will become too bitter to use.
