For Father's Day, I'm considering one of these recipes. I may fire up the grill to create an easy, mouthwatering Spicy Sliced Sirloin that will have my hubby Rob’s taste buds dancing with delight! Though this delectable Grilled Fish with Salsa Verde, is also easy to prepare and is absolutely delish. It combines the freshness of seafood with the zest of homemade salsa. Another option (and a bit more time consuming) might be this succulent Cuban Pork Roast. Nothing says "I appreciate you" more than this roast, served with black beans, or as Cuban sandwiches. Any one of these choices will help make Father's Day truly unforgettable.
