January 2024 Newsletter

To me, January is all about optimism. It is a time to reset and realign for the coming year. My goal for 2024 is to work on being more intentional and to derive energy from as many healthy outlets as possible. I decided having too many objectives (as in past years) has become counter to my goals of peace and intention, and I plan to take the pressure off by focusing on simplicity. I will report back next month.

In the meantime, I recently enjoyed reading about a few simple ways to invite energy into your life and thought you might like these ideas too.
